MODEL BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
For Thread Lifting Training Sessions

By applying to participate as a model in our PDO thread training sessions and placing a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the following terms.

1. Nature of participation

These are hands-on training sessions in which PDO thread procedures are performed for educational purposes by practitioners under professional supervision. Participation is by application and subject to a suitability review.

  • Results are not guaranteed, and participation is not a cosmetic treatment service.

  • You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • You confirm that you have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a session.

2. Submission & use of photographs for assessment

As part of your application, you may be asked to submit photographs of your face for suitability assessment. By submitting these images, you agree that:

  • The photographs will be used solely to assess your suitability for participation in a training session.

  • Aesthetic Power House will store these images securely and will not sell or share them with unrelated third parties.

  • You may request deletion of your assessment photographs at any time by contacting info@aph.us.com. They will be deleted unless you proceed to participate, in which case the Photography & Media Consent in Section 6 applies.

  • You confirm that the photographs are of yourself, that you are 18 or older, and that you have the right to submit them.

3. Deposit

A deposit equal to 25% of the estimated material cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit reserves your time slot, trainer availability, and training resources exclusively for you.

The deposit is non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy.

4. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, you must notify us no later than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled training date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. No-shows & rescheduling

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (later than 48 hours before the session), the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling after a no-show is offered solely at our discretion and does not entitle you to a refund of the original deposit.

  • One reschedule may be permitted subject to availability. If you cancel or fail to attend the rescheduled session, the deposit is forfeited with no further rescheduling or refund options.

6. Photography & media consent

If you proceed to participate in a session, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the training, and to the use of such images and footage by Aesthetic Power House for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on social media and in advertising, without further compensation.

7. Agreement

By submitting your application, photographs, and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy in full, including the non-refundable nature of the 25% deposit, the use of your assessment photographs as described, and the photography and media consent above.
