Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during regular USPS business hours (Eastern Time). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our facility in New York. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Signature Requirement
To protect both our customers and our business from the high volume of fraud associated with online transactions, certain orders may require a signature from an authorized recipient upon delivery. Signature confirmation is applied at our sole discretion based on order value, risk assessment, and other internal criteria.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order without prior notice.
When signature confirmation is applied, the carrier will not leave the package unattended.
If no authorized recipient is available at the time of a signature-required delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and the package will be held at the local post office.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package or to arrange a redelivery.
The signature requirement cannot be waived or removed at the customer's request once applied.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
For signature-required deliveries, if no authorized recipient is available at the time of the delivery attempt:
The carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
You may collect your package from the designated post office, or
You may schedule a redelivery at a convenient time using the "Schedule a Redelivery" feature on the USPS Tracking page with your tracking number.
Important: Packages not claimed within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. Any associated reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend using your verified billing address as the shipping address.
Orders shipped to addresses that differ from the billing address may be subject to additional verification and processing delays.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the shipping address or if the order fails our fraud review.
6. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:
Verify the identity of the purchaser before shipping.
Request additional identification or documentation to confirm the legitimacy of an order.
Contact the customer via phone or email to confirm order details.
Cancel or refuse any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, without prior notice.
Delay shipment pending the completion of our verification process.
Orders that do not pass our fraud review will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
7. Proof of Delivery
Carrier-provided delivery confirmation — including tracking status, GPS data, and, where applicable, the recipient's signature — constitutes proof of delivery. Once a package is confirmed as delivered, we are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt.
For signature-confirmed deliveries: if the tracking information shows a signature that you do not recognize, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
For standard deliveries (no signature required): once the carrier confirms delivery to the address on file, the package is considered received. We strongly recommend that customers ensure someone is available to collect the package promptly upon delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the packaging or contents, as they may be required for the carrier's investigation.
We reserve the right to file a claim with the carrier and await the outcome before issuing any refund or replacement.
9. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
The package is unclaimed after the carrier's holding period.
The package is refused by the recipient.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
10. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Packages confirmed as delivered with a valid signature.
Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery.
Our total liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
12. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
